Anyone can post a review about a product, provided you are logged in with your Skins Account. The requirement for this is that you actually bought the product. As a Skins Inclusive member, you also receive points for posting a review.
No, this option only exists for returns within the Netherlands. Would you still like to return a product from abroad? Of course that is possible, but the return costs will be at your own expense. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send proof of payment to Skins or to claim payment.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. When an order is placed, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics centre. Cancellation is therefore not possible.
