How to
Handsoap
Wet your hands thoroughly. Put some of the soap on your hands. Rub your hands together long enough, making sure that the top and bottom are well covered with soap, rubbing all your fingertips, between your fingers, and also your wrists. Rinse the soap off carefully with running water. Dry your hands thoroughly, do not forget the skin between your fingers.
Handlotion
Apply a small amount to the back of your hand and divide between the backs of both hands. Proceed by dividing the lotion between the fingers and massage each finger and cuticle individually. After doing that with both hands, spread the lotion on both hands and finish with the inside of the hand.
