How to
Hand Soap
Wet your hands thoroughly. Transfer some of the soap onto your hands. Rub the hands together long enough, making sure that the top and bottom are well covered with soap, rubbing all the fingertips well while doing so, between the fingers and also include the wrists. Rinse the soap carefully with running water. Dry your hands well, not forgetting the skin between the fingers.
Hand lotion
Apply a small amount to the back of your hand, divide between the two hands using both backs. Then spread the cream between the fingers, massaging the fingers and cuticle. After the fingers, spread the cream all over the hand and finally the inside.
