Citrus Batikanga by Maison Crivelli is a fragrance that combines the freshness of citrus with the warmth and spice of an urban jungle. The name is a rhythmic blend of two ethnic fabrics: batik from Indonesia and kanga from Tanzania. Thibaud Crivelli was inspired by the taste of bergamot juice with chilli, which he first tasted in the scorching heat at a lively exotic market full of people, colour, noise and loud music. Bergamot and orange oils provide calm refreshment with the same lightness and weightlessness that characterises all the perfume house's scents. Added to this is a distinctive accord of cedar and vetiver - a dry woody scent with a slightly nutty shade.
