Skins Inclusive

Skins Inclusive has five levels for members. Each level includes new rewards and privileges. The higher your level, the more exclusive the surprises.

Signing up for Skins Inclusive is very easy. Are you already a Skins customer? Then log in to your account and indicate that you want to become an Inclusive member. You will immediately see which rewards and privileges are waiting for you. Don't have a Skins account yet? No problem - when creating an account, you can become a member right away.

Skins Giftcards and products in the Skins Archives do not earn you points. If you only purchased a Skins Giftcard and/or products in the Archives, you will not be awarded points for these.
You can only earn 100 points once a day, regardless of the number of orders you place. If you place multiple orders in one day, they will be considered one purchase for the purpose of awarding points.
If you have an online order placed in the physical Skins Boutique by one of our Skins Experts, you will not be awarded any points for this either.

Skins Giftcards are excluded from awarding personalised gifts. For example: Is your total amount above €120, but there is a Skins Giftcard in your purchase? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €120, no personal gift will be awarded.

The exclusive gift is not available when purchasing a Skins Box, a product from The Archives, Masterclasses, a Skins Giftcard, Skins x Salle Privée, Le Prunier products and/or a Sample Set. This also applies to the welcome gift.
Due to privacy reasons, we are not allowed to use your data automatically for the programme unless you give your consent. To do so, you must indicate in your Skins account that you want to become an Inclusive member.

By earning points, you can reach a higher level. Starting at level one, you will always have exclusive access to the Skins Archives, you will receive a personal gift with your purchase, and you can watch unique videos and tutorials by Skins Experts. At level two, you will get early access to Skins Inclusives launches, and from level three, you will receive invitations to exclusive events for members, among other things.

Yes, there are conditions attached to posting a product review on our e-boutique. A good review helps other customers make informed choices and allows us to improve our services and products further. For this reason, a review must meet specific criteria before we approve it.

These are our conditions for posting a product review:
A product review is accepted or rejected within 72 hours based on these criteria. If you are a Skins Inclusive member, you will only receive points for posting a review if it meets the conditions above.
- The review must have a title.
- The review must consist of at least 40 characters and six words.
- The review must not contain swear words or discriminatory language. Expressing emotions is allowed, but aggression is not.
- The review should be realistic and focused on the product, not an experience with Skins. Would you like to give feedback on an experience with Skins? Then please contact one of our Skins Experts.
- You need to select the number of stars you want to assign to the product.
Product reviews apply only to online purchases.
You achieve a higher level by interacting with Skins. For example, making a purchase in our (e-)boutique, attending a masterclass, or posting a review on your latest purchase.

When you haven't interacted in your Skins Inclusive account for 12 months or haven't made any purchases in our (e-)boutique, you can drop back a level. Log into your account to see how you can level up again.

No, the Skins Salons in Rotterdam and Groningen and the Skins Institute in Amsterdam are excluded from Skins Inclusive. You will therefore not receive points for a booked treatment and purchases at these locations.
The Skins boutique located in the Bijenkorf works with the cash register system of the Bijenkorf itself. As a result, staff cannot register purchases on a personal Skins Inclusive account and have no insight into whether someone is a Skins Inclusive member. As a result, they unfortunately cannot award points for a purchase or give a personal gift.
