Shipping & delivery
It is temporarily not possible to have an order delivered to one of our Skins Boutiques.

Orders placed before 5 pm on business days will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 5 pm on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday.
Did you order a Sample Set? We pack the selected samples for you with great care and send them in a letterbox package with a Track & Trace code. Letterbox packages have a delivery time of 1-2 business days. It is also possible to have a Sample Set sent as a standard package by choosing this option at the check-out.

Always check the delivery note with the quantity. If the product quantity is on '0', the product is not in stock. In this case, contact our Skins Experts. If you are missing a product that is in stock, please contact our online Skins Experts. This can be done via WhatsApp, our chat or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

If you are away from home on the time of delivery, DHL will try to deliver your package to your neighbours or a DHL ServicePoint. You will receive a card in your letterbox from DHL. It will indicate where the package was dropped off in the street or at which DHL ServicePoint you can pick it up the next business day. Would you like to choose another delivery time or location? Use the Track & Trace code on the yellow card to choose another delivery option. Changes can be made on the day you receive the card.
You will receive an email when your parcel is ready for pick-up at a DHL ServicePoint. Your parcel will be held for you for seven calendar days, after which it will automatically be returned to Skins. Please bring valid proof of identity when picking up at a DHL ServicePoint.

It is possible to have an order delivered abroad. We ship orders from € 50 within the Netherlands free of charge. The cost of orders under € 50 is € 4 per order. Shipping costs for sample sets are € 2.50 for 1 set and up to € 4 for 2 sets or more. For orders outside the Netherlands, the rates are as follows:

Yes, you can choose to have your parcel shipped to a DHL point during checkout. Upon receipt at the collection point, you will be notified by e-mail.
