Sample service & vouchercode
Sometimes it happens that samples come under vacuum after filling, to fix this, after removing the protective cap, you can very carefully remove the top of the tube by removing the atomizing part of the tube. You can do this by holding the tube straight and pulling the nozzle at an angle. When air is added again, you can click the atomizer back on, after spraying again a few times, the sample will work again.

Sample Sets are sent as a letterbox parcel with a Track & Trace code. Therefore, you do not have to be at home when the parcel is delivered. Letterbox parcels have the same delivery time as normal parcels.

We always do our best to provide up-to-date information on the availability of our Sample Sets. Nevertheless, it may happen unexpectedly that one of the samples from the set you bought is not available. In this case, we will send you one of the other samples twice, so you can try it out even longer. If possible, our Skins Experts will contact you to find an alternative together.

Take the following steps to order a Sample Set:

- Go to the perfume you would like to receive a sample from and select "Add sample". You will then see an overview with the selected samples in your Sample Set. By going back to other perfumes of your choice, you can add four more samples.
- Once you have chosen five samples, you can add the Sample Set to your shopping cart. Choose "add to shopping cart". Is the option not listed? Then the sample is unfortunately not available.
Always read the terms and conditions of the voucher you received carefully. For example, our vouchers have different values, so check carefully how much money your unique voucher is worth. Vouchers can only be redeemed on purchases over €30. Vouchers received with a Sample Set are only valid with a perfume purchase. You can redeem the voucher within three months of receiving it. After three months, the voucher expires. Vouchers are not redeemable for products in the Archives collection, Sample Sets, Skins Boxes, gift cards and master classes.
