Review
Anyone can post a review about a product, provided you are logged in with your Skins Account. The requirement for this is that you actually bought the product. As a Skins Inclusive member, you also receive points for posting a review.

A good review helps other customers make informed choices and allows us to improve our services and products further. For this reason, a review must meet specific criteria before we approve it.
These are our conditions for posting a product review:

- Reviews apply only to online purchases.
- The review must have a title. The review must consist of at least 40 characters and six words.
- The review must not contain swear words or discriminatory language. Expressing emotions is allowed, but aggression is not.
- The review should be realistic and focused on the product, not an experience with Skins.
- Would you like to give feedback on an experience with Skins? Then please contact one of our Skins Experts.
- You must select the number of stars you want to assign to the product.
Based on these criteria, a product review is accepted or rejected within 72 hours. If you are a Skins Inclusive member, you will only receive points for posting a review if it meets the conditions above.
Every product review passes a moderator at Skins before publication to ensure authenticity. We use manual moderation combined with algorithms to identify false or misleading reviews and set certain requirements on the length and content of reviews.

Yes, we post both positive and negative or dissatisfied reviews. Suppose a customer has left a negative review, and we have resolved the problem to their satisfaction. In that case, we may ask the customer to consider deleting or updating the negative review. However, this is completely optional for the customer.

No, we do not pay for product reviews. All reviews posted are voluntary and on the customer's initiative. We reward Skins Inclusive members with points for their reviews, but they receive points for positive and negative reviews as long as they meet the conditions.
