Return & refunds
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.*
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been refunded.

Money refund based on payment method:
- Paid with iDeal, credit card, Bancontact or PayPal: the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.
- Paid with a Skins Gift Card): you will receive this amount back in the form of the same gift voucher as you paid with.
- Klarna: indicate to Klarna that you are returning your order. When the return is processed, the payment obligation to Klarna is cancelled.
When dropping off your return, you’ll receive a proof of shipment with a PostNL Track & Trace code. We advise you to keep this proof well, until you’ve received the order amount.

You can use this reply number to hand in the order at a PostNL location. Please note that we send our parcels via DHL, but our returns go via PostNL.

No, this option only exists for returns within the Netherlands. Would you still like to return a product from abroad? Of course that is possible, but the return costs will be at your own expense. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send proof of payment to Skins or to claim payment.

E-boutique
- The product may be opened and tested but must be returned in the best possible condition, including the original packaging.
- An exception to this are products in the skincare, make-up and intimate care categories, which for hygiene reasons may only be returned when the seal is still intact.
- The product must be returned within 60 days.
Boutiques
- The product may not be opened and tested and can only be exchanged in the boutiques for an alternate product or a voucher.
- Products bought in a boutique cannot be returned online.
You can always choose to return an online order at one of our Skins Boutiques*. Don't forget to bring your (digital) invoice. Products from our Archives collection cannot be returned. Products paid for with Klarna cannot be returned in our Skins Boutiques. If you want to return all products from an order, you can choose on the spot whether you want to receive the shipping costs as a voucher or through the original payment method of the purchase.
