L'Eau Papier Solid Perfume by DIPTYQUE is inspired by paper itself, as a material and means of artistic expression and creation. Perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin started with toasted sesame seeds as the first ingredient, chosen to evoke the new scent of ink and add a delicate touch. Musky notes enhance the sensual aspect, and floral mimosa brings soft, powdery qualities. The unique character of the grain and ink notes, blended with the sweetness of white musk, thus creates the scent of paper and results in a subtle and sensitive perfume.
