How to
Hands
Apply a small amount to the back of your hand, divide between the two hands using both backs. Next, spread the cream between the fingers, then massage the fingers and cuticle. After the fingers, spread the cream all over the hand and finally the inside.
Body
Apply to the skin after showering and massage in with long movements - working from the legs upwards - until the cream is fully absorbed.
